Your earnings from completed bookings, minus Smartzi's commission, are paid directly to your registered bank account via bank transfer. Payments are made weekly at the end of the week following the week in which your bookings were completed. You can also view your completed trips and earnings through the Smartzi Driver App. For example, if you complete jobs in the week ending 28th June 2026, you will receive the corresponding payment on 11th July 2026.
Smartzi offers a mix of both, with a strong focus on pre-booked journeys such as airport transfers, corporate travel, long-distance trips, student transport, and regular business bookings. Depending on demand in your area, you may also receive on-demand trip requests.
You can operate in any area where Smartzi services are available, provided you hold the appropriate private hire licence required by the relevant licensing authority. As Smartzi continues to expand across the UK, more operating areas become available regularly.
